Superstar Rajini bats for Sanjay Dutt!

                                                                                                    As we all know Sanjay Dutt’s conviction in the ’93 Bombay blast case by the Supreme Court the actor was given one month’s notice before he is required to resume the jail sentence that has been awarded to him. Having already served 18 months, Dutt has nearly 3 and half years left of prison time.
Since the announcement of the verdict, the film fraternity has been standing behind Sanjay Dutt in support. Prominent industry names have voiced their opinion saying that Sanjay Dutt, over the past 20 years, is a reformed individual working towards societal welfare and peace and should be pardoned from the sentence. Even his role in Lage Raho Munnabhai is being raised as one promoting the ways of Gandhi.
Superstar Rajinikanth, whom Sanjay Dutt even paid a visit during his recent shooting schedule in Chennai, has batted for the Khalnayak star saying that he is pleased about the chorus of support for Sanjay Dutt and that he will pray to God to ensure that his remaining life can be spent at peace.
